The end of commissioning

16th Jan, 2009, the first solar cell was produced by our procedure and operators in Refine’s Fab. The test result shows this cell has efficiency of 16.77%, which means our procedure was acceptable, and commissioning is going to be ended. The next stage face us is mass production for Refine solar cells.
